Piotr Wysocki
Visual artist and creator of movies. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where he studied in the studio of prof. Jarosław Modzelewski at the Faculty of Painting and in the studio of Grzegorz Kowalski (Audiovisual Space Studio) at the Faculty of Sculpture.
He is a finalist of Samsung Art Master (2008) and the 9th Geppert Competition in Wrocław (2009). He was also nominated for the Polityka Passport Award and for the Views Deutsche Bank Award in 2011.
His works were shown during individual and group exhibitions at Zachęta National Gallery of Art, Relax Cinema, CCA Ujazdowski Castle and DAP Gallery in Warsaw, at Kronika Gallery in Bytom, at the Masovian CCA „Elektrownia” in Radom, at Awangarda Gallery in Wroclaw as well as at Bunkier Sztuki Gallery in Krakow or Arsenał Gallery in Bialystok.
